The essential data elements required to perform a LORA will be discussed as will several key challenges and benefits of conducting this analytical effort. The presentation will provide an understanding of LORA to determine whether in-house, contractor, or blended resources are the most effective means to execute maintenance strategies while determining whether a repair, replace, or overhaul strategy is preferred.
